Job Overview

The Distribution Specialist will manage the route to the market strategies, including Roadie, UPS, club store scheduling, order splitting, vehicle tracking, and invoicing. This role will also review and evaluate Small Store merchandising plans for accuracy and effectiveness before releasing to Spring. Also reviewing and monitoring small store merchandisers to ensure SLAs are met.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support Roadie and UPS's go-to-market strategies, including analyzing results and managing invoices, planning small store merchandising, and monitoring.
  • Schedules Club and vending company dock times to include, managing orders and scheduling appropriate delivery days. 
  • Ownership of vehicle assignments for CCCI to include accurate vehicle use in the planning profiles set up, maintain asset availability, and process transportation invoices.
  • Support distribution leads in processing hotshots and add-ons as needed based on the volume of requests.
  • Own and maintain all route planning data maintenance, including approval or decline of the distribution maintenance requests.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with one to three years or relevant experience
  • Valid driver’s license
