Job Overview

The Director, Data Products & Strategic Analytics leads the strategic development of Coca-Cola Consolidated’s enterprise analytics ecosystem. This role transforms data into a strategic asset through modern data products, AI/ML solutions, and actionable insights that improve decision-making, optimize operations, and foster innovation across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise analytics strategy and roadmap, aligning with business and technology priorities.
  • Design and oversee development of scalable data products and analytics solutions.
  • Partner with executive leaders to translate business needs into actionable analytics initiatives.
  • Mature AI/ML capabilities and drive enablement across business functions.
  • Build and sustain a culture of data-driven decision-making through engagement and education.
  • Collaborate with CONA and external partners to advance innovation within the bottling system.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Data product management and advanced analytics leadership, strong business acumen and executive communication, experience with SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, Alteryx, Sigma Computing, Snowflake, deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and enablement, proven ability to translate insights into strategy and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (5 years) AND advanced certification (CPA or license)
  • Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Certifications in analytics, cloud, or data management (Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, or equivalent) are advantageous
