Job Overview
The Commercial Execution Analyst will support the Coca-Cola Consolidated brand portfolio process. This person will be responsible for providing and performing strategic business analyses of the SKU portfolio on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. This role will recommend SKU deletions quarterly to ensure the SKU count is efficiently managed throughout the year to maximize profitability for the organization. This role will collaborate with the Channel Commercialization team, Customer Management team, Category Space team, and the RGM team to properly manage the SKU portfolio. Through leveraging multiple data sources, this role will manage multiple projects with flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines through developing productive working relationships and providing overall cross-functional support to various teams to deliver the company’s overall business plan.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborates with key departments including channel commercialization, category space, customer development, and product supply to develop SKU launch plans, create volume forecasts, and outlet target lists for the Coke Consolidated SKU portfolio
- Provides initial SKU Innovation and retail promotion forecast of volume, outlet assumptions while uploading into pre-built templates as part of the final forecast alignment process
- Analyzes the CCC SKU portfolio each quarter to ensure the SKU portfolio is meeting pre-determined SKU thresholds and makes recommendations to senior leadership to remove SKUs from the SKU portfolio
- Creates trackers to monitor commercial plan acceptance and execution by the Customer Development and Sales team
- Manages ad-hoc analysis requests and multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong analytical background required
- Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with time-sensitive and critical deadlines
- MS Office experience including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power Pivot, SQL, Tableau, and SharePoint is a plus
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Business, Marketing or similar experience
