Job Overview

The Commercial Execution Analyst II Category Space is responsible for leveraging advanced Excel, PowerPivot, and SQL skills to analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and develop reporting solutions that support strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for supporting key business initiatives such as Incentive Program tracking, Sell-In and Execution tracking for our Commercial Plan, as well as creating new reporting structures and any ad hoc requests as they arise. This role will manage multiple projects with flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines through developing productive working relationships and providing overall cross-functional support to various teams to deliver the company’s overall business plan. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust Excel-based reporting and Power BI dashboards
  • Collaborate effectively with key departments including Channel Commercialization, Customer Development, Product Supply, RGM, Sales Operations, and Customer Operations to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership through PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage ad hoc analysis requests and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Strong Excel skills and experience a requirement
  • Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with time-sensitive and critical deadlines
  • MS Office experience including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, PowerPivot (DAX), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Margin Minder, SnowSquall, and SharePoint
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or similar
