Job Overview
The Analytics Manager will collaborate and partner with TCOS business leads to gather requirements to lead and manage the development lifecycle for TCOS Analytics and Insights. This role will lead the TCOS analytics team in designing, building, and deploying various analytics and insights in an automated way to enable the TCOS team to operate efficiently and drive revenue and profitability. This role will define TCOS data governance and work within agreed-upon governance, developing and executing database queries and conducting accurate analyses and providing actionable insight to TCOS business partners.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborates and partners with TCOS business leads, product owners, enterprise architects, and other functional leads to deliver world-class data and analytic solutions, serves as a subject matter expert, understanding business needs and objectives, developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting; implementing analytics solutions; leading analytics operations to ensure quality, building systems to transform raw data into actionable business insight and identifying automation opportunities to increase productivity.
- Assists in the development lifecycle for a variety of analytic solutions using a variety of data integration, processing, reporting, visualization, and AI Methods
- Collaborates and partners with business leads, product owners, enterprise architects, and other functional leads to deliver world-class data and analytic solutions.
- Works with the TCOS leadership team to identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics in key business decision making,
- Directs, leads, and motivates a dedicated analytics/insight team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching and training; implementing continuous improvement methods and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership opportunities.

- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of data processing and reporting
- Functionally competent on multiple software systems including sales systems, data architecture, data processing, data analytics, SQL Management Studio Tableau, PowerBI, Analysis for Office, PowerPivot, Snowflake, SAP Hana, and Alteryx Knowledge of Excel, R, and SQL;
- Analytical skills and strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field
