About This Opportunity
In this highly collaborative role, you will play a critical part in shaping revenue and profit strategies to support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Large Store Sales Team, driving insights and actions that enable profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop business proposals and lead scenario planning to evaluate customer growth opportunities
- Leverage insights from promotional and trade spend optimization to drive revenue strategies
- Conduct in-depth P&L analyses of customer investments, offering ROI-based recommendations grounded in accrual calculations
- Support annual and ad-hoc business planning by preparing financial models and validating key assumptions related to volume, pricing, and product mix
- Evaluate internal pricing structures, external retail data, cost of goods sold (COGS), and elasticity to guide rate increase strategies
- Monitor revenue performance against business plans, partnering with the Pricing Team to identify and resolve variances
- Deliver competitive analysis and brand share insights to inform strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement recommendations that optimize pricing, product portfolios, and profitability
- Track risks and opportunities related to volume, revenue, trade spend accruals, and product mix
- Manage trade spend accrual processes and identify subledger risks and opportunities
- Deliver accurate customer-level revenue rate projections for financial rolling estimates (RE)
- Conduct monthly business driver analyses and develop executive-level commentary
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a financial or analytical role
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in P&L analysis and management
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and serve as a valued strategic partner
- Outstanding collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Unwavering commitment to financial integrity and ethical business practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Nielsen, Power BI, or data science is considered an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel #LI-IM1
