About This Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) who brings a collaborative spirit, strategic mindset, and a passion for empowering others. This role is deeply connected across Sales, Commercial, Data Analytics, Finance, and Demand Planning, and plays a key role in shaping thoughtful strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth.
As a trusted leader, you’ll guide a team that influences business outcomes through inclusive decision-making, people development, and process innovation. You’ll help build capabilities that support Coke Canada’s growth goals, all within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values integrity, curiosity, and shared success.
Reporting to the Director, Revenue Growth Strategy & Management, this role offers strong visibility with senior leadership and meaningful opportunities for career development.
Responsibilities
- Lead pricing strategies for all customers in an assigned channel with a balanced approach, considering multiple perspectives and outcomes to support revenue and profit goals.
- Facilitate decision-making in the “Tradeboard” routine, ensuring customer investments are thoughtfully evaluated and optimized.
- Guide post-audit reviews to reflect on performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support trade compliance efforts by encouraging accountability and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to annual planning with a focus on volume, revenue, and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams to build and align on category, channel, customer, and package plans.
- Proactively identify revenue risks and opportunities, offering thoughtful contingency plans for annual planning and monthly forecasting.
- Provide mentorship and development support to RGM Analysts and Specialists, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment.
- Offer strategic input on go-to-market plans for new product launches.
- Lead portfolio optimization efforts, balancing financial performance with consumer insights, trends and operational efficiency.
- Consult on planogram optimization "Look of Success", with a focus on maximizing impact during key marketing periods.
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests with clarity and insight, helping teams understand performance drivers.
- Use tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize data and tell compelling stories that inform decision-making.
- Oversee governance and pricing for firesale and liquidation processes with integrity and transparency.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of management experience in cross-functional roles.
- At least 2 years of leading and coaching direct reports
- Prior experience in Revenue Growth Management or other analytical roles.
- Direct Profit & Loss accountability required; Sales or Commercial experience is a definite asset.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and manage them through to implementation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be an expert in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to create and tell a story with data.
- Great presentation skills, with an ability to influence at every level.
- Nielsen, Power BI and/or data science experience is an asset.
