About This Opportunity

In this role, you will provide revenue guidance on both the day-to-day operations as well as strategic long-term initiatives. You will report to the Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and act as the revenue business partner to the Customer and Commercial Finance team members.

Responsibilities

•    Ownership of the revenue plan for Customer and Commercial teams in our small store (SS) retail channel, enabling the organization to achieve its economic targets of revenue, volume, mix and rate 
•    Process development and management of all SS customer investments, their ROI, and the management of risks and opportunities to support profitable revenue growth 
•    Provide context to a roadmap of ‘doubling revenue in 5 years’ with the intent of inspiring CCCBL employees at all levels
•    Evaluate options and scenario planning for customer and brand opportunities
•    Responsible for the integration and adoption of Advanced Analytics TPO and TSO insights 
•    Action insights from the commercial and finance teams for product portfolio optimization, brand needs, pricing optimization, and customer requests
•    Monitor trends in the industry, sales, general business conditions, and other related areas and make recommendations for change where necessary
 

Qualifications

•    5+ years related work experience
•    University degree or college diploma required - Economics, Business Administration, or related field 
•    Demonstrated ability to provide strong business partnership by providing exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
•    Strong collaboration skills required to work with key stakeholders across different functions
•    Uphold a team environment of high performance and accountability, striving for high performance
•    Commitment to ensuring adherence to ethical business practices
•    Strong ability to problem solve using unique and innovative solutions
•    Ability to present a customer-back and consumer-first mindset to a broad array of stakeholders
•    Experience with P&L management and analysis 
•    SAP and/or Nielsen experience is an asset
•    Power BI and/or data science experience an asset
•    Team management experience an asset
