In this role, you will lead revenue and profit guidance for day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and long-term initiatives. Working closely with the Customer Team (Sales) and cross-functional partners, you will develop customer strategies, translate insights into practical recommendations, and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

  • Own the revenue plan for a set of Large Store customers across Conventional Grocery, Discount Grocery, Club, and Wholesale channels, enabling delivery of revenue, volume, mix, rate, and profit margin targets.
  • Champion enterprise RGM capabilities by partnering with Category Management, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other commercial teams to embed revenue management principles, insights, and decision tools into standard business routines.
  • Develop customer-specific RGM strategies and business proposals that align with corporate Price-Pack Architecture guardrails while balancing retailer objectives, brand priorities, portfolio opportunities, and internal financial commitments.
  • Optimize trade promotion and customer investment efficiency through rigorous scenario evaluation, post-event analysis, and ROI measurement, reallocating or eliminating low-return spend to maximize profitable volume growth.
  • Govern incremental customer investments and new agreements by leading financial evaluations, risk and opportunity assessments, and decision-making frameworks that support disciplined funding choices.
  • Lead pricing and elasticity modelling for annual planning and agile in-year decisions, assessing consumer price sensitivity, cross-elasticity, competitor positioning, internal pricing, retail conditions, cost of goods sold, and compliance with trade guidelines.
  • Synthesize industry, consumer, customer, company, and operational trends into actionable recommendations for pricing, promotion, product portfolio, and profitable growth decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Growth Management, Finance, and/or Sales within the CPG/FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency with Nielsen data and tools and Power BI is required.
  • Sound financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and analysis.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships as a business partner, leader, and coach, and to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Ability to communicate a customer-informed, consumer-first perspective to a broad range of stakeholders.
