Role Details
- Work Location – Toronto, ON
- Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment – Hybrid- 3 days in office, 2 from home
- The full base salary range for this position is from $121,500 - $160,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Omni Channel Marketing, the Senior Manager, Omni Channel Marketing FSOP (Food Service On Premise) develops, implements, and execute growth strategies in collaboration with food service and on premise customers across Canada. This role is responsible for driving value, increasing beverage sales, and enhancing profitability throughout Canadian outlets. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee and nurture relationships with our customers marketing teams, brands, strategic partnerships, regional and local assets, internally and externally.
Responsibilities
• Lead the Omni channel FSOP/Away from Home Marketing team (5 direct reports) to develop industry leading marketing strategies, in-outlet and digitally across all sub channels (QSR, FSR, Airports, Stadiums, Colleges/Universities, Food Service Aggregators etc).
• Coach and develop direct reports on brief writing, customized program development, marketing strategy and creative execution
• Lead the implementation and execution of overall FSOP marketing strategy for Canada, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, including Brand & Category Commercialization teams, to develop insight-driven marketing programs aligned with consumer targeting and customer strategies
• Manage marketing spend in accordance with budgets; ensures productivity strong return on investment of all marketing activities; priority setting and execution.
• Lead the development of our food service aggregator network investments strategy
Qualifications
• 5+ Years experience in shopper marketing and FSOP, preferably in fast-moving consumer packaged goods (FMCG).
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Demonstrated strong leadership and ability to simplify the complex.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the CPG industry
• Bilingual preferred but not mandatory
