About This Opportunity

The Senior Manager of Engineering is responsible for leading a team that supports the strategy development of infrastructure by providing best-in-class project management for Coke Canada's Manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage national and regional Manufacturing related projects
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Manufacturing Engineering team to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for excellent execution of projects
  • Develop multi-year capital plans for assigned facilities in collaboration with the engineering and site management teams
  • Develop Engineering standards for Coke Canada
  • Development and validation of scope, budget, timeline and deliverables of all projects/initiatives
  • Periodic travel to a variety of facilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering is required
  • 5+ years’ project management experience; operations, building, technical or maintenance
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to model business scenarios and analyze resulting costs, impacts, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions
  • Polished presentation skills for influential storytelling
