Role Details
- Work Location – Toronto
- Hybrid Environment – This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule. Subject to change. The in-office requirement is a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
- Salary – The base salary for the position is $108,000- $150,000. The starting base salary is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, experience and internal equity.

About This Opportunity
We are recruiting a Project Manager to join our Technology team. The Project Manager will independently lead and manage multiple complex initiatives within the Strategic Master Data Solutions (SMDS) team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and drive meaningful business value.
You will partner closely with business leaders to define project scope, requirements, and budgets, while collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. The Project Manager will establish standardized metrics to track progress, support the development of comprehensive project documentation, and design streamlined solutions for complex business challenges.
As a key representative of the Technology team, you will lead meetings, introduce innovative processes, and support the ongoing growth and development of SMDS team members.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead and manage multiple projects of moderate to high complexity, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.
- Partner with the SMDS team to prioritize projects, define requirements, and ensure initiatives deliver clear business value.
- Ensure all project work is captured, tracked, and governed through a structured intake process.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to support successful and timely implementations.
- Establish and maintain standardized project metrics and monitoring routines to drive execution and completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, charters, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Analyze complex business needs and design streamlined, effective solutions.
- Act as a key liaison and representative of the Technology team when working with cross functional partners.
- Chair project routines and working sessions to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop and implement innovative procedures for project tracking, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Support Business Design and Solutions teams in developing clear and well defined business requirements documentation.
- Support change management activities and user adoption during UAT and implementation phases.
- Conduct post implementation evaluations to assess outcomes, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Post secondary education required (college diploma or university degree), or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in project management within a technology environment.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong time management, organizational, scheduling, and forecasting skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
