Role Details
- Work Location – Toronto
- Hybrid Environment – The position currently offers a hybrid work schedule. Subject to change. The in-office requirement is a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
- Salary – The full base salary range for this position is from $81,000 - $112,500 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Program Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to join our Revenue Growth Management team in the food service channel. The Program Manager, RGM plays a critical role in driving fact based decision making and profitable, sustainable revenue growth. In this role, the Program Manager will assist in the development of analytical tools and deliver timely, centralized analysis to support management routines across the business. The insights, analytics, and recommendations provided will be essential in identifying opportunities for customer growth, optimizing trade spend, guiding course corrections, and mitigating risk.
The Program Manager will also lead key components of the Trade Board process, including evaluating the profitability of new contracts and renewals, ensuring strong commercial discipline and informed decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your 1–3 years of business analysis experience to shape pricing strategies, optimize trade spend, and drive profitable growth across the business.
Responsibilities
Trade Board Process, Pricing and Contract Governance
- Manage regional Trade Board processes to support new business and contract renewals.
- Support customer pricing decisions through benchmarking and profit ROI analysis to optimize deal outcomes.
- Lead post audit routines to assess actual performance against forecasts and identify actionable insights.
- Provide stewardship across pricing decisions and contract governance processes.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
Trade and Promotion Optimization
- Support the optimization of customer promotion activities through analysis of depth, frequency, and pricing slopes.
- Measure trade spend ROI across promotions versus base business and provide recommendations to optimize investment.
Product Commercialization
- Assist in developing go to market business cases, incorporating both internal pricing and external retail price data.
- Lead post audit routines to track and evaluate the performance of innovation SKUs.
Annual Revenue Planning Process
- Support business planning by analyzing planning files against key assumptions, including volume, rate, and mix impacts for both base business and new sources of growth.
- Support the development of annual rate increases by analyzing current internal pricing, external retail information, COGS, and volume elasticity to identify optimal scenarios.
Ad-hoc Support and Reporting
- Provide analysis for monthly and YTD reporting, with a focus on results versus business plan and prior year.
- Support analysis of retail and shipment data, leveraging visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, including commerce, finance, economics, data science, mathematics, or general business.
- 1–3 years of progressive business analysis experience, preferably within sales, category management, commercial, or finance functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to model large data sets (macros considered an asset).
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and AC Nielsen is an asset.
- Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry is an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.

- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical thinking.
- Proven problem solver who identifies efficiencies through process and tool innovation.
