About This Opportunity

In this role, you will provide revenue and profit guidance for the day-to-day operations as well as strategic planning and long-term initiatives with the goal of accelerating profitable growth. You will report to the Director, RGM, Large Store and act as a key business partner to the Customer Team (Sales).

 

As the Manager, Revenue Growth Strategy & Management for our Large Store (LS) channel, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives that drive sustainable, profitable growth. Reporting to the Director, RGM, Large Store, you’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Team (Sales), to create thoughtful, data-informed strategies that support our shared goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Champion the revenue plan for our Large Store retail partners (Conventional Grocery, Discount Grocery, and Club), to help the organization meet its targets for revenue, volume, mix, and rate, focusing on margin and long-term value.
  • Design and refine processes for customer investments, evaluate ROI, and identify opportunities and risks to support healthy, profitable growth.
  • Support pricing strategies by analyzing internal pricing, external retail trends, cost of goods sold, and volume elasticity to recommend balanced, customer-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate on business proposals and lead scenario evaluations for customer and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Integrate and adopt promotion optimization and trade spend optimization tools to enhance decision-making and drive efficiency
  • Translate insights into action by working with commercial, customer, and operations teams to optimize product portfolios, pricing, and brand strategies.
  • Lead thoughtful analysis of industry and company trends to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor trade spend accruals, risks, and opportunities with care and precision.
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts by customer to support financial planning and rolling estimates.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years related work experience in revenue management, strategy, or a related field.
  • A collaborative mindset and a proven ability to build trust-based relationships across teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present customer- and consumer-focused insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and analysis.
  • Nielsen experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or data science tools is an asset.
