Role Details

  • Work Location – Toronto, ON
  • Hybrid Environment – This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule. Subject to change. The in-office requirement is a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
  • Salary – $108,000- $115,000 annually
  • Initial Posting Close Date – October 21, 2026

 

The starting base salary is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, experience and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

We are recruiting a Manager, Finance - Supply Chain Manufacturing, to join our Supply Chain Finance team and help shape the financial success of our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance, you'll collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain leaders to provide financial guidance, identify opportunities, and support key business decisions. 

 

This role offers broad exposure across our manufacturing network, strong stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on operational and financial performance. Working closely with Plant Managers, Manufacturing Directors, and Supply Chain Planning leaders, you'll serve as a trusted business partner, helping drive results, influence strategy, and support continuous improvement initiatives. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance leader with strong manufacturing finance experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to turn complex financial insights into meaningful business action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals while overseeing Supply Chain production P&Ls across Manufacturing and Co-Packers through monthly financial close activities, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive P&L performance through monthly financial reviews and weekly forecasts, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommending actions to support annual financial targets. 
  • Lead and continuously improve the annual manufacturing budgeting process by delivering meaningful analysis and challenging the business to achieve ambitious performance goals. 
  • Analyze key Supply Chain performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve financial results, providing visibility into major cost drivers, including yield, labour, and maintenance and repair (M&R). 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize Anaplan Supply Chain models and reporting capabilities. 
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness across Supply Chain Finance operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. 
  • CPA, CFA, MBA, or an equivalent professional designation is considered an asset. 
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Finance, Financial Analysis, Accounting, and/or a related finance function. 
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing finance, including standard costing and absorption costing principles. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Demonstrated success identifying process improvement opportunities and leading change initiatives. 
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate business needs and provide strategic financial support. 
  • High level of integrity and commitment to accurate financial reporting and ethical business practices. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, and PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable business insights through effective storytelling.
