- The full base salary range for this position is from $70,650 - $90,125 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.
- Initial Posting Close Date – February 22nd 2026
- This is a 16 month contract
About This Opportunity
The Graphic Designer leads in designing a wide variety of traditional graphic elements and online assets to promote Coke Canada's in-trade initiatives. This role requires a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail. Also, you will be collaborating with our external partner brands on design expertise, acting as a bridge between our external partner brands and our internal design team.
Responsibilities
- • Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials
• Design and produce creative assets across print, digital and in store channels, from concept to final production
• Translate creative briefs into effective visually engaging solutions that align with brand and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with fellow graphic designers and other departments to brainstorm ideas and develop new approaches to creating innovative and expressive graphics
• Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
• Finish, packing and shipping prep of finished goods when required
• Coordinate with outside suppliers, as well as internal and external stakeholders as necessary
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Communicate with stakeholders about layout and design
• Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for print production and online assets
• Review final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a graphic designer or in related field
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in required desktop publishing tools, including Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Understanding of marketing, production, design, corporate identity, and product packaging
- Strong eye for visual composition and detail
- Effective time management skills while carefully managing multiple, competing deadlines and prioritize projects
- Strong people management/ interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
- Bilingualism an asset (English French)
