Role Details

  • Work Location – Work From Home, Greater Toronto Area based. This role will requires travel to customers locations within and outside the GTA and regular visits to Brampton facility during team meetings, once or twice a month, depending on the business needs. 
  • The full base salary range for this position is from $151,200 - $170,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

The Director, Sales FSOP is responsible for the development and execution of strategic sales plans and providing leadership to a team of Account Executives, specific to the Food Service on Premise (FSOP) channel. 

Responsibilities

  • Establish & implement long-term strategic vision for each customer to ensure maximum volume, profit, and value-added growth.
  • Build short- and long-term plans to realize full potential of partnership for the Coca-Cola Canada System by fully understanding each customer’s business needs, issues, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to develop comprehensive customer plans.
  • Collaborate with senior level buyers to build relationships and develop mutual strategic plans that grow the business.
  • Provide thought leadership in identifying incremental volume and growth opportunities and drive associated plans within the team.
  • Develop and tailor strategies to local markets and competitive conditions, leveraging customer and consumer insights, including utilization of category planning resources.
  • Influence management and operations partners to ensure consensus, and that actionable plans are developed and executed in a collaborative manner.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying and resolving opportunities for long-term sustainable/profitable growth.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team and develop a strong talent pipeline.
  • Allocate resources in a manner to maximize returns across the country.

Qualifications

•    10+ years related sales experience.
•    5+ years of leadership experience in managing sales teams.
•    University degree or college diploma required - Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
•    Proven expertise in developing vision, mobilizing resources, and executing to plan.
•    Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
•    Experience with relationship management of senior executives.
•    Problem solver with strong project management skills from idea to execution.
•    Performance driven with ability to meet deadlines.
•    Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
•    Strong operational, commercial, and financial management experience to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.
•    Engaging leader, role model and experience developing a team.
