Role Details
- Work Location – Toronto
- Hybrid Environment – This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule. Subject to change. The in-office requirement is a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
- Salary – The base salary for the position is $82,800- $115,000. The starting base salary is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, experience and internal equity.

About This Opportunity
We are looking for a Finance Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll support the accuracy and structure of financial reporting while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights.
This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the business, offering the opportunity to support senior leadership reporting and influence key decisions. It’s well suited for someone who enjoys turning data into clear, actionable insights within an FP&A environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and publish the monthly Reporting Book, the primary tool for financial reporting, variance analysis, and narrative across Canada.
- Deliver the monthly Volume/Rate/Mix (VRM) analysis, providing insights into key revenue and gross profit drivers.
- Develop finance presentations and materials for Board and leadership updates.
- Maintain and publish the monthly Key Business Indicators (KBI) dashboard.
- Support budgeting tools and processes, including the OPEX model, SAP, and Anaplan.
- Prepare moderately complex financial reports and analyses to summarize current and forecasted performance.
- Leverage multiple data sources to generate insights and ensure data accuracy and reconciliation.
- Support ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and cross-functional business initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and/or data analytics.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. NetSuite). SAP is preferred.
- Experience with automation or AI tools is an asset.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong ability to deliver strategic, value-added financial insights and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to business stakeholders.
