Role Details

  • Work Location – This role is primarily work form home; however, regular on-site attendance at the Toronto office (approximately 1-2 times per month) is required
  • Salary – The full base salary range for this position is from $70,200 - $97,500 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

We are recruiting a Business Analyst to join our Technology team. In this role, you will play a meaningful role in shaping solutions that directly support our business strategy and day to day operations. As a Business Analyst, you will work on a variety of impactful initiatives, including digital transformation, automation, and process improvement, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

 

Requirements Elicitation & Analysis

 

  • Lead working sessions, interviews, and other elicitation activities to gather and validate requirements for complex cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications including use cases, user stories, and test cases.
  • Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and obtain validation and sign-off from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • For automation projects and initiatives, documents current-state (as-is) processes in Process Definition Documents (PDDs).

 

Project Delivery & Execution

 

  • Adapt to evolving project needs and priorities, supporting delivery across multiple methodologies and team structures.
  • Manage project scope and timelines while proactively tracking risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Partner with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are fully met prior to deployment.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement

 

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across business units, serving as a key link between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities, ensuring impacted teams are informed and prepared for new ways of working.
  • Ensure compliance with Coke Canada’s policies, standards, and best practices.

 

Continuous Improvement

 

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and contributing to a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
  • Leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance consistency and efficiency, while maintaining content integrity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a college diploma in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role supporting technology- enabled initiatives.
  • Experience with core business analysis techniques and tools, including process modelling, gap analysis, and requirements traceability.
  • Ability to create end-to-end process flows, including process diagramming and system integration diagramming.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (preferred).
  • Foundational understanding of RPA and Automation (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to work effectively across varied delivery models and projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
