Role Details

  • Work Location – Toronto
  • Hybrid Environment – This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule. Subject to change. The in-office requirement is a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday), with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days. 
  • The full base salary range for this position is from $70,200- $97,500 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

We are recruiting an Analyst, Revenue Management to join our dynamic Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team. In this FSOP (Food Service & On‑Premise) role, you will help shape analytical tools and deliver insights that empower smart, fact‑based decisions and fuel profitable, sustainable growth. Your recommendations will play a key role in uncovering opportunities to grow our customer base. You will also take a leading role in the Trade Board process, assessing the profitability of new contracts, renewals, and pricing defensibility across customer channels.

Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze data to support key revenue insights.
  • Coordinate the Trade Board process by organizing agendas, preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking follow‑up actions to ensure timely execution.
  • Build customer P&Ls, run scenario analyses, and provide the sales team with meaningful financial insights.
  • Conduct post‑audits on contracts to assess variance between planned and actual performance.
  • Review pricing requests and benchmark pricing to maintain coherency and competitiveness.
  • Support the annual Business Planning process through analysis and collaboration.
  • Review legal documents to ensure all terms align with Trade Board approvals.
  • Own and maintain the Trade Board tracker, ensuring accuracy and up‑to‑date visibility for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, economics, data science, mathematics, general business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of business analysis experience (sales, category management, commercial, or finance preferred).
  • Experience in the consumer‑packaged goods industry is an asset.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or AC Nielsen is an asset.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to model large data sets (macros considered an asset).
  • Strong collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiencies through process improvement and innovation.
  • Performance‑driven with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute within a team‑oriented environment.
