About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Finance, Building services, Credit and Collections, the Coordinator, Facilities is the linchpin of procurement and building operations, ensuring seamless internal processes and maintenance. Their responsibilities include creating purchase orders, managing software assignments, and serving as the primary contact for suppliers and clients, while also maintaining the building’s operating needs. In building operations, they coordinate maintenance, manage security access, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Additionally, they play a key role in event planning, coordinating with vendors, and providing support during team member absences, all to maintain an efficient and welcoming facility. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict confidentiality on highly sensitive matters.
  • Create and enter data into spreadsheets.
  • Scribe as required to document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Miscellaneous admin requests as required.
  • Daily warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation.
  • Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis. and reconcile against SAP inventory levels.
  • Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
  • Identify and report close dated product.
  • Other duties or special projects.

Qualifications

  • University or College diploma 
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role 
  • Strong proficiency in office functions particularly in Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills  
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking  
  • Project management and/or routine management experience  
  • Performance driven with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment  
  • Willingness to learn with a team-oriented attitude
