About This Opportunity
The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner will proactively support resource planning, developing targeted talent branding strategies, optimizing candidate engagement and sourcing through social media channels to deliver on the hiring needs of our operations, sales and supply chain functions across Canada.
Partnering with senior leaders, hiring managers and the Human Resources (HR) team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner will identify and support the development of sustainable talent programs and hiring best practices bringing high performing talent into the Coke Canada family. The role will report directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition and will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) Centre of Excellence team on key projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners to establish a forecasting & planning hiring framework
- Leverage talent data & insights through internal & third-party technologies to develop targeted talent attraction & engagement strategies
- Establish reporting & scorecards to improve tracking & visibility of talent trends and TA Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Support the design and development of talent brand assets for targeted campaigns and TA programs
- Provide full cycle Talent Acquisition support to corporate shared service functions: resource planning, market research, thorough intake meetings, sourcing, screening/assessment, offer management and new hire processing
- Collaborate with and provide overflow Talent Acquisition support as needed
- Establish Employee Advocacy programs, branding & tools
- Develop leadership training modules for new & current hiring managers
- Build targeted Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) talent strategies and community partnerships to deliver on hiring objectives (schools, not for profit organizations etc.)
- Support National Talent Acquisition projects and improvements opportunities
- Build internal & external presentations (concise content development, creative design & attention to detail)
- Optimize system usage and compliance to established TA / HR processes & standards
Qualifications
- Completion of bachelor’s University Degree preferred or post-secondary education
- 1-3 years corporate recruiting experience partnering with senior/executive level leadership
- Proficiency in direct sourcing and leveraging social media channels is required
- Proficiency in leveraging large Applicant Tracking System for activity management and reporting TA KPIs (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Business acumen and strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Bilingual in French and English
- Previous experience with campus or DEI recruitment related programs preferred
- Proven strength in candidate assessment of knowledge, skills/experience and “fit factor” required
- Entrepreneurial and client centric work ethic
- Competencies required: active listening, influencing, results driven, collaborative, innovative & solution focused, empathetic, solid judgement, interpersonal and communication skills
