About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of the Distribution Center, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for one of Coke Canada’s warehouse facilities. This role has several direct reports and a large number indirect reports. The primary responsibility is managing day-to-day activities to ensure the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of Coke Canada products. This role requires a combination of leadership, organizational skills, and a keen understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse supervisory personnel and warehouse functions
  • Staff, train, evaluate and develop direct reports
  • Responsible for inventory
  • Responsible for all building facility maintenance
  • Manage within labour and OPEX (Operational Expenditure) budget
  • Maintain good relations with partnering departments such as, and not limited to, Sales, Distribution, Fleet, Field Service
  • Engage employees in the Coca-Cola Canada Culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent related industry experience
  • 3+ years warehouse/inventory management experience is required
  • Unionized environment experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, i.e., Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required and knowledge of SAP is an asset
