About This Opportunity
The Sales Support Manager plays a key role within the Montreal team. In collaboration with leadership and the sales team, this person directly contributes to commercial performance by supporting the execution of sales plans, optimizing processes, and ensuring the team has the right tools to succeed in the market.
This position combines analysis, coordination, and support: the goal is to help the team raise execution standards, maximize opportunities, and achieve objectives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a link between management and the sales team to ensure clear communication of business priorities and objectives.
- Regularly assess sales performance and recommend actions to improve execution and results.
- Manage a resource responsible for:
- POS (Point of Sale) storage management
- Merchandising project
 
- Develop and implement action plans to strengthen brand presence in stores.
- Manage orders, distribution, and inventory of display materials (POS) and promotional items.
- Communicate placement guidelines and monthly priorities.
- Promote best sales practices and contribute to ongoing team training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in sales, ideally in both small and large retail environments.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Margin Minder, etc.).
- Excellent collaboration and influence skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail in project follow-up.
