About This Opportunity

This position ensures the management of advertising materials and their distribution across sales channels, helps update planograms, and ensures that the instructions received are consistently followed across the various banners.

Responsibilities

  • Help receive, organize, and maintain the inventory of POS materials.
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials to representatives or stores.
  • Support stock tracking and report replenishment needs.
  • Install POS elements according to the monthly priorities provided by the supervisor.
  • Participate in setting up in‑store promotions and special campaigns.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with the supervisor about needs, obstacles, and achievements.
  • Ensure that the directives received are applied consistently across all visited stores.
  • Handle the setup of new refrigerated equipment.
  • Ensure the implementation of in‑store planograms to support the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in merchandising, retail execution, or sales (an asset, but not essential).
  • Ability to work on the road and perform light physical tasks (material installation).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Autonomy, motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Forklift experience is an asset.
