Work Location -  London, Windsor and Hamilton. The succesfull candidate must be based in London.

Shift/Hours – Primary Monday to Friday, Days. Weekends are on call.

About This Opportunity

The Field Service Supervisor manages a staff of Equipment Service employees responsible for the installation/service of Cold Drink Equipment. The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations: managing schedules, coaching and developing team, performance management, setting and ensuring KBI targets and goals are met, driving initiatives and results, auditing employee performance, review of report data to analyze results and ability to enter data into our business systems. 

 

In addition, to managing the direct employees the supervisor is SME liaison with internal/ external customers to respond to needs, seek feedback on performance, and creating a positive experience for the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Field Operations team
  • Accountable for delivering the Field Service vision and strategy
  • Drive employee engagement and organizational health
  • Translate Company business data to monitor results
  • Coaching, motivating and developing talent
  • Enhance intellectual capital through training, rewarding, and retaining the Best of the Best
  • Performance Management
  • Improve productivity of the workforce through current technology enablement, training, process improvement and identifying best practices (e.g., 5S & Lean methodology)
  • Audits Fountain Equipment installations to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies of Coca-Cola.
  • Works cross functionally with Equipment Installation Planning and Sales resources to support special projects as well as routine activities.
  • Enhance customer relationships both internal and external of the company

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • 2 years supervisory experience
    • Effective coaching/talent development
    • Ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 5 years’ experience in Equipment Service
    • Effective coaching/talent development
    • Ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data
    • Outlook/Excel proficiency
