Role Details
- Work Location – Kingston, ON
- Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment – Monday to Friday- On-site
- The full base salary range for this position is from $54,000 - $70,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Distribution Center Administrator is responsible for assisting different department managers such as Operations, Sales and Equipment Services in various daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
• Assist supervisors in the overall management of employee records: payroll, absenteeism, holidays, workers’ compensation records, etc.
• Manage new employee onboarding (creation of the employee record, preparation for arrival, introduction to the company)
• Manage visitor access to the factory and ensure that all safety protocols are followed
• Allocate access rights to the different departments of the plant
• Provide support in administrative tasks for plant meetings, such as booking meeting rooms and organizing catering
• Receive and deliver mail
• Create and disseminate presentations and other potentially confidential communications throughout the plant or among external stakeholders
• Develop and update various performance or financial reports and present them to the various plant stakeholders
• Perform all other related tasks
Qualifications
• Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent experience required
• Business administration or related field an asset
• 1+ years of experience in business administrative or operational support
• Proven experience in priority management and strong organizational skills
• Excellent command of MS Office suite
• Ability to work under pressure
• Dynamic and strong sense of initiative
• Knowledge of SAP (an asset)
