- Work Location – Hamilton and surrounding area
- Shift – 4-month contract (May-August). Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
- Hourly Rate – $26.00/hour

About This Opportunity
As a Summer Sales Intern, you will report into the District Sales Manager and be responsible for covering Hamilton to Niagara area. Summer intern Term: May to August
Responsibilities
The Summer Sales Intern is responsible for special projects to drive sales through the summer season. Through this role, they will receive exposure to the entirety of the business as they will be providing support for the field sales team. Tasks will include relief selling in the stores we service, as well as special projects to help increase sales and grow revenue. This role will give the intern candidate great experience with how the CPG beverage industry operates as well as increase their selling skill as they will be tasked to sell in programs, racks, displays, as well as new products. This role requires the Summer intern to have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work Students must have completed a High School Diploma or GED and be working towards completing post- secondary education
- Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours A valid driver's license with a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three (3) years
- Must have current vehicle liability insurance
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and lifting up to 50+ repeatedly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Related work experience would be considered an asset.
- Preference is that the candidate is entering their final year of their post-secondary education program. Applicants that have multiple years left of their post-secondary education remaining will still be considered.
