About This Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Equipment Operations, the Manager, Make Ready Centres (Chatham MRC, Regina MRC, Moncton MRC) will be based out of our Chatham facility and will lead the Make Ready Center (MRC) employees, responding to internal and external Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) needs with timely sourcing of new CDE, efficiently completing CDE repairs, and effectively disposing of CDE write-offs. This role is also responsible for parts management, CDE inventory management, and CDE transportation management. The Manager, MRC will ensure CDE diagnostics, mechanical repairs, customer fulfilment, and quality control measures, meet and exceed the needs of MRC customers. There will be travel involved to other CCCBL facilities once a quarter or as per business needs.

Responsibilities

Manage all expectations relating to the successful operation of a stand-alone CCCBL facility (Chatham MRC) Example, active JHSC, building maintenance, community involvement..

Manages equipment metrics to improve equipment turn-around times, develops and executes the annual MRC budget as outlined by the Senior Manager Equipment Operations, protects company assets as outlined by internal audit, and is responsible for the safety of all employees within their area of responsibility. This position manages a labour pool that is approximately 75% technically skilled labour.

Manage equipment inventory, parts inventory variances, and Key Improvement Processes for Make Ready Centres

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
-
3+ years of relevant experience in equipment service or supply chain

Strong time management, organizational, scheduling and forecasting skills

Ability to model positive leadership attitude, even in the face of difficult circumstances

Experience with labour relations

Computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications

Conflict resolution skills

SAP and logistics knowledge
