About This Opportunity
This position is responsible for conducting various checks, monitors and tests or raw, in-process and finished products and or processes to verify production of high-quality product, to successfully meet the demands of our customers. This role follows regulatory requirements while adhering to standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and internal policies to ensure compliance of quality and food safety standards as established by the Quality Assurance Department.

Rate: $25.57
Shift: Various - Days, Afternoons, Nights
Hours: 24-40
Nightshift/ Weekend Premium: Yes
Responsibilities
-
Mix the syrup and ensure the quality control according to the standards established by the company.

Prepare and handle raw materials and finished products in accordance with quality standards and requirements.

Revise the production schedule to ensure good inventory levels and the ordering of raw materials.

Rotate stocks as needed

Maintain a clean and tidy work area in accordance with the company's safety and health requirements.

Provide maintenance, storage and disposal of water treatment chemicals.

Ensure the continuous production of syrup / mix according to quality standards

Pursue excellent; continuously develop technical and personal skills to achieve plant-wide world class manufacturing environment.

Analyze syrup, and water attributes for quality assurance.

Support GMP compliance, organization, and cleanliness in the syrup room and water treatment area.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma
-
Bachelor's degree in science related field preferred.
-
1 - 3 years prior production/manufacturing experience OR 2+ years relevant lab technician experience. - Food/beverage industry experience a plus.

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials.

Readily accepts instruction from management/supervisors and executes effectively.

Reliable and adaptable to flexible schedules, including weekends.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to read, write, and keep records.
-
Strong computer comprehension capabilities including Excel and Word and various quality programs.

Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials.

Forklift driving certification is an advantage.
