Role Details

  • Work Location – Brampton
  • Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment – On-site
  • The full base salary range for this position is from $54,000 - $72,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.
  • Initial Posting Close Date – April 1st 2026

About This Opportunity

Based in Brampton, The Parts Runner supports daily operations by ensuring technicians and departments receive the correct parts, tools, and materials in a timely and organized manner. This role is essential for maintaining workflow efficiency, reducing downtime, and keeping projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • •     Pick up and deliver parts between suppliers, warehouses, and job sites.
    •     Verify accuracy of parts orders, including part numbers, quantities, and condition.
    •    Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and documentation for all pickups and drop-offs.
    •    Assist technicians by organizing parts, staging materials, and helping with basic shop tasks.
    •     Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability, lead times, and order status.
    •     Keep inventory areas tidy, organized, and stocked as directed.
    •    Coordinate and oversee van/location inventory as directed.
    •     Operate company vehicles safely, following all traffic and workplace safety rules.
    •    Operating a Forklift is a must (Training will be provided)
    •     Support the team with miscellaneous errands and tasks as needed but not limited.

Qualifications

  • •    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    •    Ability to lift and carry items typically ranging from 25–50 lbs.
    •    Strong attention to detail and reliability.
    •    Good communication and time management skills, able to use a computer.
    •    Familiarity with Vending machines, mechanical parts (preferred but not required).
    •    Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
    Work Environment
    •    Frequent driving between locations.
    •    Mix of indoor shop/warehouse work and outdoor tasks.
    •    Occasional need to work in varying weather conditions.
