Role Details
- Work Location – Greater Toronto Area, office location will be determined based on the candidates residency within the GTA
- Hybrid Environment – 3 days in office, 2 WFH
- The full base salary range for this position is from $108,000 - $130,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity
The Manager, Warehousing Centre of Excellence (COE) plays a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s success by overseeing and executing national and regional strategies. As the bridge between various departments and external stakeholders, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations, planners, and product/service providers to deliver on Coke Canada’s Customer Initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Build the Core Capabilities of the planning function and develop a high performing team that delivers positive business results in a dynamic marketplace.
- Lead and support the development, implementation and adherence of standard Warehouse processes.
- Collaborate directly with MU’s regarding Warehouse strategies that will reduce operating expenses and provide optimal customer service.
- Utilization of performance indicators to produce strategic development plans in collaboration with stakeholders that enable them to meet the needs of our customers and achieve their business plan.
- Ensure that Warehouse systems and technology are fully utilized according to standard processes.
- Create an environment of Continuous Improvement.
- Monitor trends in MU performance and make recommendations for change where necessary.
- Proactive collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and implementation of strategic priorities, via touchpoint meetings and other regular connects.
- Project work as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
- 3 or more years of supervisor or team lead experience
- Education in Finance or Business Administration / General Management and/or experience directly in Full Service, Logistics, or Sales departments and skills preferred
- Good understanding and appreciation of technology with strong analytical skills;
- Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations based on analytical evaluation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience / comfort working with all levels within an organization up to and including executive leadership.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
