Manager, Print Shop
Facility Location- Brampton, Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 work from home)
Shift/Hours – Monday to Friday
About This Opportunity
Coke Canada is currently looking for an experienced Print Shop Manager! Reporting to the Director, Studio Red & Market Materials Management, the Print Shop Manager will oversee all aspects of a print shop including managing people, print production, graphic design, digital experience, billing and customer service.
The ideal candidate would have a positive attitude and be willing to adapt and learn new things and bring new creative thinking to the team!
Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule the production of the various projects on a daily basis
- Accountable for managing design projects, maintaining a safe work environment, developing a team-oriented work force, striving to maintain our core values (i.e., excellence in quality and service).
- Responsible for meeting with GM’s, Sales team members and selling Print Shop capabilities and benefits to internal stakeholders
- Responsible for providing monthly usage and reconciliations reports to GM’s, other Sales team members
- Manage employees in a professional manner
- Manage customer problems in a professional and timely manner
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Responsible for creating initiatives and promotions that would be highlighted and presented on quarterly sales WebEx calls
- Monitor jobs in production and communicate with customers regarding approvals and shipping
- Ensure that equipment is being properly maintained and upgraded.
- Implement policies & procedures as well as update and develop additional procedures & processes that will increases productivity in a safe manner
- Train staff on proper procedures and techniques
- Create a positive work environment for team and support other departments to foster overall teamwork.
Qualifications
- Management: 5+ years (Required)
- Proficient skills in Adobe Design Suite
- Must have good knowledge of digital printing, print equipment, and materials
- Must have experience managing online projects
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be able problem solve with various departments and people
- Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware problems
