Role Details

  • Work Location – Toronto
  • Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment – Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • The full base salary range for this position is from 61,200.00 - 85,000.00 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of how procurement works. You’ll be the goto expert for our procuretopay (P2P) systems — keeping daytoday operations running smoothly while helping simplify, standardize, and continuously improve how procurement supports the business. Reporting to the Manager, Procurement Systems, this role supports a decentralized buying community across Coke Canada and offers meaningful exposure to system optimization, data integrity, and procurement governance. 

Responsibilities

P2P Systems Support & Optimization 

  • Maintain and troubleshoot the P2P environment, ensuring transactions and workflows align with procurement policies 
  • Act as first‑line support for system questions, issues, and process clarification for buyers across Canada
  • Support ongoing system stability while identifying opportunities for simplification and improvement 

User Support & Training 

  • Coach stakeholders on effective system usage and compliant buying practices 
  • Identify recurring pain points and recommend improvements to processes, tools, or training 
  • Partner with Finance to ensure system changes deliver clear business value and return on investment 

Audit, Policy & Compliance Support 

  • Support audit readiness and ongoing compliance activities 
  • Translate procurement policies into practical, real‑world guidance for users 
  • Help reinforce procurement controls while enabling efficient business execution 

Data, Controls & Reporting 

  • Own vendor master data intake and first‑level triage 
  • Monitor data quality, controls, and system integrity 
  • Build and maintain reporting that provides visibility into system usage, spend insights, and risk 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, computer science, supply chain management, or a related field 
  • 2+ years of systems or operational support experience; experience with procure‑to‑pay systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to promote compliance in a fast‑paced operational environment 
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills 
  • Procure‑to‑pay and/or ERP system administration experience (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba) is an asset
